Auch während des Zweiten Weltkriegs war es Lazarett. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lobby und das Treppenhaus sind ein echtes Kleinod und denkmalgeschützt.

Es hat uns rundum gut gefallen. Jahrhundert mit thematisch gestalteten, maritimen Zimmern und Cottages. Ein wunderbarer Platz mit Herz und viel Liebe zum Detail.

Travemünde ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen, wird noch schöner wenn die Strandpromenade mal fertig ist. Eine nette beschauliche Stadt, der Parkplatz "Am Leuchtenfeld" allerdings ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand.

Durch den geplanten Bau vieler "kastenförmiger" Neubauten in der Nähe vom Hafen wird das ursprüngliche Bild der Stadt wesentlich verändert werden.

Toller Strand. Auch die Promenade hat uns gut gefallen, lecker waren dort Fischbrötchen und Glühwein ;-. Für uns war die Ruhe, lange Spaziergängen und den Blick auf die Ostsee wichtig.
